Established in 2021 in Calgary, Alberta, Forever Living Care Services is a non-profit organization committed to delivering comprehensive support for individuals with special needs and their families. Our primary goal is to cultivate a sense of unity while providing crucial assistance. Our range of services includes:

• Residential support through our innovative cluster home model.

Recognizing the significance of caregiver respite, we offer customized respite services to provide essential breaks for caregivers. Our community access program is adaptable, offering both group and individualized activities tailored to each client's unique preferences. In our residential support model, individuals benefit from 24/7 housing with a supportive roommate, ensuring continuous care.

Our key focus is supporting young adults transitioning into adulthood from high school, offering specialized care and support. We cater to individuals funded by FSCD, PDD, and DFNA, extending our support to individuals of all ages.
